14-Day Refund Guarantee:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new gibLink AI subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
Eligibility:
- This refund policy applies to new subscribers only.
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- This policy applies to subscription purchases only. It does not apply to the Founding Member lifetime access offer (see below for details).
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have violated our Terms of Service.
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the total content.
Founding Member Offer (Lifetime Access):
Due to the nature of the Founding Member offer (providing lifetime access for a one-time payment), refunds are generally not offered for Founding Member purchases. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us at refunds@giblink.ai to discuss your situation. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Renewals:
Refunds are not available for automatic subscription renewals. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling it before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
